Web Time and Attendance  has a number of variations which introduces some confusion for the buyer. In simple terms Web Time and Attendance means that the operators use a web interface to access the time and attendance records.

Web Time and Attendance can include the following variations:

1.  Locally installed software which includes a web server through which users can access data.
2. Hosted software which is for the exclusive use of the client company
3. Software as a Service - where a hosted application serves multiple client companies.
